A Playlist inspired by Sinners
This movie!!!!!! (Spoiler free, I promise)
Aight so boom, just saw Sinners and that movie is INCREDIBLE.
Very much still processing everything but felt inspired to share a playlist that I created immediately after seeing the best movie of 2025 (prolly.)
Also, let’s just bask in the spoiler free nature of everything in this post. I know not everyone has seen this movie yet. Perhaps you were like me and dodging every post about this movie because you did not want your experience ruined. I got you. This is a spoiler-free space.
The movie made me immediately want to contextualize it for my primary culture and think about how Jamaicans would respond to the same conflicts this film has. Below you will find dancehall and reggae songs for your enjoyment that you may enjoy even more once you’ve seen the movie.
